PA TO GENERAL MANAGER

Sheraton Bandara Hotel

is looking for a highly motivated, efficient and professional personality.

Scope of the role includes but not limited to:
Maintaining a high level of confidentiality
Preparing reports, letters and minutes
Providing admin and project support
Replying to correspondence
Maintaining diary management
Organizing and minuting meetings
Dealing with guests and visitors
Progress chasing
Personally deal with telephone enquiries and personal callers on behalf of the General Manager
Recording and monitoring enquiries and subsequent actions
Arranging appropriate action by relevant managers within the hotel
Coordinating responses and actions with other departments
Providing advice and guidance on the formal complaints procedure
Work as part of the team
Requirements for this role:
Current Starwood work experience a plus
Secretarial background essential
Task orientated and detailed
Ability to articulate freely
Ability to work in a measured environment
