Description of the Work:
Under the general guidance and supervision of the General Manager, the Human Resources Manager will plan, manage, control, coordinate and participate in human resources activities in areas of recruitment, staff benefits, salary, industrial relations as well as recommending, implementing, formulating and executing hotel policies including Accor policies, procedures, rules, regulations and program for staff.

The incumbent will exercise a degree of initiative, independent judgment and resolve workplace issues. However, judgment is expected to be applied to problem solving, decision making and ensure that Accor values is hold in high esteem. This role also requires high level communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. An understanding and hands-on experience of human resources issue.

2. Experience and sound knowledge in recruitment and resourcing, performance management and learning and development.

3. To evaluate, interpret and implement HR policies and procedures and when appropriate identify and or recommend areas for improvement.

4. To manage any industrial relation issues and ensures the compliance with the prevailing labor laws and regulations and company regulations. The HR Manager is required to have knowledge in labor laws and regulations.

5. To manage compensation and benefits and when appropriate recommend area for improvement to the General Manager.

6. Undertake administrative work relating to HR monthly report, staff attendance record including performance appraisal process.

7. Other duties of the position may include:
- Managing the internal and/or within group movement of staff whilst best utilizing individual skills.
- Advise the General Manager or Executives Assistant Managers or HODs on any sensitive personnel matters.
- Undertake other duties as directed by the General Manager.

External Relations:
1. To build and maintain positive interaction and good relationship with individuals outside the hotel including but not limited to applicants, government officials and members of the local community.

2. To build good external relations with local Manpower office or institutions and organizations

3. To build good relations with Accor Corporate Office and all HRMs in Accor Indonesia network.

Competencies, Skills and Experience Required:
- Formal education in Human Resources Management or related social discipline (Law, Psychology) or equivalent professional qualifications.
- Human Resources Management experience in a medium to large organization or hospitality industry is highly desirable.
- Good standard of written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Demonstrated capacity to work independently, less supervision and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge and understanding of Indonesia labor laws and regulations.
- Have the capability to exemplifies personal drive and integrity including communicates with influence.
- Good administration and documentation skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Purpose of Job Recording and analyzing properly all Financial Transaction.

Responsible to Financial Controller

Responsible for Coordinating for all accounting staff and make sure that Accounting system & procedure has running as per standard

Accountability
Assisting the management to ensure the accurate and timely preparation and submission of all accounting report and financial statement, supervise the preparation of taxation reports.

MAIN DUTIES
Relationship
· To ensure the accurate and timely preparation and submission of all accounting reports and financial statement. To prepare or supervise the preparation of monthly closing journal entries, balance sheet and profit and loss schedules. To issue the monthly financial report, investigate unusual variation.
· Be responsible for day to day operation work with all accounting staff with supervision, giving instruction smoothly and effectively.

Operational
· Review and checking purchasing transaction, receiving and outgoing to ensure that all data’s has accurate.
· Review and checking aging of account payable with Account Payable Supervisor and make sure that all purchase are accurate with adequate document for all supplier.
· Review and checking daily revenue report, general cashier report and food and beverage sales report.
· Review and checking account receivable outstanding to ensure that record has correct with GL control accounts.
· Coordinating with the Cost Controller to ensure that fixed assets has registered and maintained, establishing a system of fixed asset coding and tagging, assisting in inventory counts as per schedule.
· Assisting in the training of accounting staffs to build and efficient team and taking an active interest in their individual development and welfare
· Administration of hotel tax obligations, prepare or supervise tax documentation and taxation reports.
· Maintaining analysis of prepayment and accrual schedules and distribution to correct account by monthly basis.
· Maintaining and preparing monthly bank reconciliation statements.

Requirement
* Male/Female , max 35 years old.
* Bachelor degree of accounting.
* Minimum 3 years experiences as Chief Accounting in Hospitality.
