Reservation Supervisor

Job Function:

• To ensure that all reservations are thoroughly reviewed prior to guests arrival.
  
• To ensure/establish tracking mechanism of room nights production based on market segment & geographic.
  
• To monitor reservation forecast.

General Requirement:

• At least 1-2 years experience in a comparable Supervisor Position.
  
• Minimum D3 graduated from related field.
  
• An excellent knowledge of all reservation’s requirements.
  
• An out-going, hands-on, dynamic, professional leader with excellent communication skills.
  
• A natural team player providing a very personal and unique service to our guests.
  
• Should have a very good skill in English (speaking and writing).
